At Watkinson Fitness & Nutrition, every product is made to order through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)

Please ensure you review the sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our gear. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item:

  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the defect or damage

Shipping Notes

  • Orders are fulfilled by Printful and shipped from the nearest available fulfillment center.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
